The Forum POPRAD Shopping Centre took home honours at the "EuropaProperty CEE Retail Awards", the most prestigious competition in the CEE region for commercial real estate and retail in the "Retail Project Medium" category. The nomination criteria included the level of design, the quality of construction materials and construction processes in relation to costs, environmental concerns, accessibility and location with regard to the commercial success and viability of the project.
The FORUM Poprad Shopping Centre project was a collaborative effort between the GEMO Group and the firm Multi Development. The shopping centre has enjoyed outstanding business results since its opening on 22 October 2015 and to date has welcomed more than 1.5 million customers in a total of 104 units.
