The shopping center welcomed thousands of visitors at its grand opening celebrations. Located in the city center, FORUM Poprad offers excellent transport accessibility, more than 100 consumer brands and 450 parking spaces, all with spectacular views of the High Tatras.
The tri-level shopping center with a total area of 22,000 m2 is currently 98% leased to an attractive mix of tenants, including the supermarket Tesco, H&M, C&A, Lindex, New Yorker, 5 LPP brands (Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Mohito), Lee Cooper, Time Out, Intersport, A3 Sport, Planeo Elektro, DM Drogerie, Martinus, Baťa, CCC, Tchibo, Tom Tailor, John Garfield, Dráčik a Pepco. The center also features a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and the modern Golem fitness center (with an area of 1,000 m2), as well as banks and other services. Some of the brands appearing in the town for the very first time are Benetton, Gaastra and the Apple Store.
Multi Slovakia built the FORUM Poprad project in a joint venture with GEMO HOLDING, a. s., a member of the GEMO Group. The shopping center concept was created in collaboration with TTDesign and was designed by the Multi Group in collaboration with architects from ArchDesign, Czech Republic. The general contractor was the construction company GEMO SLOVENSKO, spol. s r.o.
