16.06.2016 Certificate of merit for Polárka Sports Hall in the competition Construction of Moravian – Silesian Region
Olomouc, 16th June 2016 – The project of multi-purpose sports hall in Frýdek-Místek gained the certificate of merit for 2nd place in category Civic Amenities in the competition “ CONSTRUCTION OF MORAVIAN – SILESIAN REGION” The award ceremony of the 10th year of the competition took place in industrial Landek Park - Compress Hall in Ostrava on 15th June 2016.
15.02.2016 FORUM Poprad Shopping Centre wins prestigious European award
The Forum POPRAD Shopping Centre took home honours at the "EuropaProperty CEE Retail Awards", the most prestigious competition in the CEE region for commercial real estate and retail in the "Retail Project Medium" category. The nomination criteria included the level of design, the quality of construction materials and construction processes in relation to costs, environmental concerns, accessibility and location with regard to the commercial success and viability of the project.
09.01.2016 Sale of OC FRÝDA development project
GEMO DEVELOPMENT, spol. s r.o., a member of GEMO Group, announced the completion of the sale of the successful development project, OC FRÝDA which was opened a year ago in Frýdek-Místek. The successful operation of FRÝDA Shopping Centre in Frýdek-Místek with a current occupancy of 97% was completed at the end of 2015.

19.11.2015 FRÝDEK-MÍSTEK OPENS ITS FIRST SHOPPING CENTRE
The new FRÝDA shopping centre welcomed its first customers on Thursday,13 November 2014. On the first four days,the shopping centre on the banks of the Ostravice River had more than 80, 000 visitors,who were treated to the programme prepared for the grand opening as well as sales offered by individual merchants.
