21.04.2015 GEMO supports the Pangea Foundation
A gala concert accompanying the award ceremony commemorating ‘efforts to remedy human affairs’ was held at the Vinohrady Theatre on Sunday, 19 April 2015. The recipients of this year',s awards were Marek Eben and the Lipnice Holiday School. GEMO OLOMOUC provided support by participating and contributing financially to the foundation’s activities.
20.03.2015 Olomouc Region Building of the Year - the GEMO Group receives two honourable mentions
Olomouc, 19 March 2015 - At the award ceremony for the 6th annual Olomouc Region Building of the Year competition (2014), the jury acknowledged two projects realised by the GEMO Group. In the “Residential and Recreation” category, GEMO’s “Residence on Dlouhá St in Olomouc” project received an honourable mention. The “Slovanské Gymnasium Annex in Olomouc” project was likewise awarded an honourable mention in the “Public Facility and Public Landscaping” category.
09.02.2015 VGP and GEMO conclude a strategic partnership in Olomouc
Last autumn VGP and GEMO concluded an agreement on long-term cooperation in the implementation of the “Olomouc Technology Park”. The signing of the agreement creates close cooperation between two prominent partners - the stable construction and development firm of GEMO and the successful international development group of VGP.
19.11.2014 FRÝDEK-MÍSTEK OPENS ITS FIRST SHOPPING CENTRE
The new FRÝDA shopping centre welcomed its first customers on Thursday,13 November 2014. On the first four days,the shopping centre on the banks of the Ostravice River had more than 80, 000 visitors,who were treated to the programme prepared for the grand opening as well as sales offered by individual merchants.
29.09.2014 NH Olomouc Congress awarded a prize in the 2014 Green Roof competition
In the first year of the GREEN ROOF competition, the project "NH Olomouc Congress – Green Roofs" was awarded 1st place in the "public green roof" category.
