11.11.2013 Laying of foundation stone for the Frýda Shopping Centre in Frýdek-Místek
The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of a new shopping centre was attended by representatives of two developers: TK Development and GEMO Olomouc, which is the General Contractor of the project. The shopping centre is scheduled to open to the public in autumn 2014.
08.11.2013 Ceremonial commencement of construction of Rentable Hall G2 in Olomouc Technology Park
The ceremonial raising of the first column of the light manufacturing and storage hall with an area of approx. 10,000 m2 crowned several months' effort in the area of industrial property development by Olomouc-based GEMO DEVELOPMENT, spol. s r.o., a member of the GEMO group.
