Project "Rezidence na Dlouhé" in Olomouc and "FRÝDA" Shopping Centre in Frýdek-Místek were nominated in the 17th annual prestigious "Best of Realty 2015” competition. GEMO OLOMOUC was the general contractor and investor in these projects.
The Na Dlouhé Residence was designed by the renowned CAM Architekti studio in Prague, which then worked with the firm ZAHRADA Olomouc to create the organically shaped private park located inside the residential complex. The project passed final inspections in the autumn 2014. All 55 units were sold by spring 2015, marking the successful completion of the development project. The FRÝDA Shopping Centre project was designed by the firms KRR Architektura and PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ. FRÝDA, the development project of majority owners GEMO OLOMOUC and TK Development, celebrated its grand opening on 13 November 2014.
