A modern sports and leisure centre with halls for racket sports, a gym, wellness facilities, a café and a park with a children's playground and a summer restaurant. Area: 23,800 m2, 80 parking spaces The project for the renewal of the area (NH Hotel and Omega) won the "Building of the Year 2010 Award".

This project was implemented as a Public-Private Partnership in cooperation between the public and the private sectors. The modern complex, with an area of approx. 23,000 m2, is designed as a water park with year-round operation.

A seven-storey multi-purpose building with a capacity of 2,526 seated spectators.
