It is a part of the Nová Karolina multi-purpose complex in Ostrava and it offers 249 housing units, 10 commercial units for services, commerce and administration, and two restaurants.

This housing complex comprises 172 apartments in five separate residential buildings. The houses have four storeys and underground basements. They offer apartments in all the usual categories (from studio flats up to four-room apartments) with floor areas ranging from 44 to 135 m2, as well as non-residential units for offices or medical offices.
