Office projects

This high-level office building offers 25,000 m2 of office space, 3,800 m2 of shops and services, and 280 parking spaces. The building is certified as a green building according to BREEAM. It won first place in the "Building of the Moravian-Silesian Region" competition.

The project comprises the new administration building of the company GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. An administrative annex building was added in 2006 to accommodate the expanded production department of the construction company. The total office floor area is 3,650 m2.
