Project Description

Regional office of a company specialising in the sale and assembly of hydraulic handling systems: FASSI (hydraulic cranes for construction companies and freight companies), V KRAN (heavy-duty cranes for manipulating timber and waste materials), A.T.I.B. (hook-lifts for the handling of containers), SOCAGE (aerial platforms). The company also has its own design department and manufactures truck bodies.

Activities implemented

Project coordination, sale of building plot, site preparation, complete project documentation of all phases, complete engineering activities for the zoning decision, building permit and final building approval, implementation of construction, professional activities related to administration and maintenance of main infrastructure.
