Project Description
The project comprises the new administration building of the company GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. The spatial design of the building is based on the proposed functional zoning of the building plot and on the need to divide the functional zones into individual phases. The proposed classic three-wing layout is separated in the middle by a transparent hall spanning across two floors, which visually connects the entrance with the park behind the building.
An administrative annex building was added in 2006 to accommodate the expanded production department of the construction company. The total office area is approx. 3,650 m2.
Activities implemented
Concept, feasibility and project financing, project coordination and project management, sale of building plot, site preparation, complete project documentation of all phases, complete engineering activities for the zoning decision, building permit and final building approval, implementation of construction, engineering supervision, professional activities related to administration and maintenance.
