Horní Lán Apartments

Project Description

This housing complex comprises 172 apartments in five separate residential buildings. The ground-floor apartments have small gardens. There are two separate garage courtyards.

The buildings have four storeys and underground basements. They offer apartments in all the usual categories (from studio flats up to four-room apartments) with floor areas ranging from 44 to 135 m2. In three of the buildings, there are non-residential units located on the ground floor for offices or medical surgeries.

This construction project was implemented on the western outskirts of the city of Olomouc, near the terminus of the city trams. The construction proceeded in five consecutive phases.

Some of the buildings are currently under our administration.

Activities implemented

Concept, feasibility and project financing, project coordination and project management, activities associated with the establishment of a special project company, sale of building plot, site preparation, complete project documentation of all phases, complete engineering activities for the zoning decision, building permit and final building approval, implementation of construction, engineering supervision, professional activities related to administration and maintenance, commercial activities.
